For select 'Officially Licensed Items' That' Dope will only accept returns for products that do not meet the requirements of the purchase order and will return the funds to the original method of payment. That's Dope accept returns for products that are different from that specified in the original order.
That's Dope will accept returns for products that have a print or material flaw; picture documentation is required from the customer.
Customers who received the incorrect item, can keep the incorrect item and use the store credit to repurchase the item that they initially ordered.
Full Refund
- If you don't receive your item within the guaranteed shipping time.
- If your item isn't as described, you will receive a partial or full refund.
